This Victorian inlaid walnut credenza was made circa 1870. NOW SOLD
Crafted in fine burr walnut and with panels of decorative inlays.
It is the better design with the mounts facing front at each end.
The centre panel door with chequer line inlay and a central oval motif, opens to reveal a lined interior fitted a shelf. This gives fantastic storage.
At each end there are bowed glass doors with the lined interior fitted a pair of shelves.
The Victorian inlaid walnut credenza has applied gilt metal mounts and mouldings, it gives this piece a very rich feel. It also has the gilt brass running around the plinth.
This credenza has its original turned feet
