This Regency style mahogany dining table was made circa 1910 NOW SOLD
This dining table would have been made in the early 20thc.using Georgian timber from redundant pieces.
Cabinetmakers of the period were lucky to have a wonderful selection of Georgian furniture, that they could up-cycle, to make desirable dining tables for the home.
This Regency style dining table has attractive rounded corners, that makes the table softer to the eye. It has one extra leaf, that can be used to extend the table.
The twin pillar table can be used without adding the extra leaf.
The 2 rounded tops, each have a tripod pillar base, with the 3 legs coming off the central column, ending with brass caps and brass rolling castors below.
